MY WORK PHILOSOPHY

For years I have been building a method that combines real-world field experience, working hand-in-hand with elite footballers, and a clear process to transform performance.

 

The basis of my method is organized in a simple, but extremely effective structure:

1. Mobility

Optimization of joint ranges, tissue release, and preparation of the system for loading.

 

 

2. Control / Stability

Neuromuscular integration, postural organization and segmental control for efficient and safe movement.

 

 

3. Strength

Progressive development of maximum strength, explosive strength and speed according to the needs and context of the athlete or client.

WHY THIS TRAINING?

Because training is NOT about copying exercises.

It's about understanding how to evaluate, what to correct, and how to progress.
