On this page I explain what personal data I collect through pdpersonaltrainer.com, what I use it for and what rights you have over it. It is written in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spain's LOPDGDD.

What data I collect and what for
When you download a free guide. I ask for your name and email. I use them to send you the guide and, only if you tick the relevant box, to send you updates about new articles, materials and services. You can unsubscribe at any time from the link in every email.
When you book a session or a mentorship. I ask for your name, email and phone number. I use them to manage the booking, coordinate the sessions and communicate with you about the service.
When you write to me through the contact form, by email or on WhatsApp. I use the data you send me solely to answer your enquiry.
When you browse the site. Technical browsing data is collected through cookies. The details are in the site's cookie notice.
On what legal basis I process it
Your consent, to send you the guide and the updates. You can withdraw it whenever you want, without affecting what was processed before.
The performance of a contract, to manage bookings and the services you purchase.
My legitimate interest, to answer the enquiries you send me.
How long I keep it
Guide and updates data, until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete it.
Booking and services data, for the duration of the relationship and, afterwards, for the periods required by tax and commercial law.
Enquiry data, for as long as is needed to answer it.
Who I share it with
I do not sell or transfer your data to third parties, except where legally required.
To run the site I use providers who process data on my behalf, as data processors. The main one is Wix.com Ltd., which hosts the site and handles forms, bookings and emails. Wix is based in Israel, a country covered by a European Commission adequacy decision. Where any of its providers processes data outside the European Economic Area, it does so with the safeguards required by the GDPR.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time, and withdraw your consent. To do so, write to me at padip27.jd@gmail.com stating which right you wish to exercise.
If you believe your data has not been handled properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency at www.aepd.es.
Minors
The services and materials on this site are not aimed at anyone under 14. If you are under that age, do not send me personal data without your parents' or guardians' consent.
Changes to this policy
If I change this policy, I will publish the updated version on this same page, with the date of the last update at the top.
